FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask us before they sign. The things people wish they'd asked before they bought an "AI tool."

AI tools are products. They ship one feature set and expect every business to bend around it. We're an agency. We sit down with your team, learn how your business actually runs, and build the AI systems that solve your problems specifically. No off-the-shelf software, no "average customer" assumptions, no five-subscription Frankenstein stack. Just systems built for the way you operate.

We work with 8-figure and 9-figure operators across the Midwest. Companies that already have real revenue, real teams, and the kind of operational complexity where AI compounds quickly. We're not built for early-stage companies looking for a basic chatbot. We're built for established businesses that want to operate at AI speed.

Most engagements ship in two to six weeks, depending on scope. Every project starts with a fixed-scope audit and a roadmap, so you know exactly what we're building and when. No surprise timelines, no "we'll have it next quarter" answers. We're builders. We ship.

Not at all. Whether you want to be in the room learning alongside us, or stay completely hands-off and just want your business to start working at AI speed, we meet you where you want to be. Most of our clients are operators, not engineers. We translate the AI side. You stay focused on running the business.

We integrate with whatever you've already invested in. Your existing CRM, your existing phone system, your existing data, your existing communication tools. We don't replace your stack, we make it work better. The goal is leverage on top of what you already have, not migrations and rebuilds.

You do. Everything we ship runs on standard, world-class infrastructure (Claude, OpenAI, Vercel, Supabase, and the rest) under your accounts. No platform lock-in, no walled gardens, no secret sauce we hold over you. If you ever wanted to take what we built and run it yourself, you could.

Every system we ship feeds telemetry back. The longer it runs, the more it learns. Most clients keep us on for ongoing optimization and to find the next opportunity, but there's no obligation. The system is yours either way.

We'll tell you. Not every operational problem needs AI, and we won't shoehorn it in where it doesn't belong. If a workflow needs to be cleaned up before automation can help, we'll say so during the audit. Honest answers cost us a deal sometimes. They've also built a lot of long-term clients.
