RizeTech LLC ("RizeTech," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI automation agency based in De Pere, Wisconsin. 4. SMS and Voice Communications (Twilio)
RizeTech uses Twilio Inc. as a telephony and messaging provider to send and receive SMS, MMS, and voice communications.
Consent and Opt-In
You will only receive SMS or calls from us after you provide express consent (for example, by submitting a form indicating you would like a callback, replying to an inbound message, or providing your phone number during an intake or scheduling process). We do not purchase phone numbers from third parties or send unsolicited promotional messages.
Message Frequency and Content
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement (sales conversations, scheduling, project updates, support). Typical use is conversational rather than broadcast.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation. To resume messaging, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email mason@rizetech.co.
Carrier Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RizeTech is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Mobile Information Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All categories of personal information are subject to the restrictions in Section 6. Information sharing with Twilio is limited to what is necessary to deliver messages and calls on your behalf.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract you have entered into with us
- Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time
- Our legitimate interests (such as operating our business, marketing to prospective clients, securing our systems) where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights
- Compliance with our legal obligations
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate our business (Twilio for telephony, Brevo for email and tracking, Google Tag Manager for analytics, payment processors, cloud hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide us.
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- To enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, property, or safety of RizeTech, our clients, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset

We use cookies and similar technologies (including via Google Tag Manager and Brevo's Web Push SDK) to operate our website, analyze usage, and improve our services.
