From first call to a live agent in six weeks: how our process works
The dirty secret of enterprise AI is that most of it never ships. Companies spend months in strategy decks and pilots that never touch a real customer. We built our process to do the opposite. Talk first, build fast, go live.
Here is the whole path, start to finish.
Step 1: Discover and audit
It starts with a conversation, usually thirty to sixty minutes. We are not there to pitch a product. We are there to find the work that is eating your team's week and figure out what an agent could actually take off their plate.
By the end of that call you have a clear picture of what is possible and roughly what it costs. No mystery, no month of waiting.
Step 2: Scope and sign
Within a day or two you get the scope in writing. What we will build, what it does, and what it costs, in plain terms. The agent is sold as the outcome, not a pile of technical tasks.
When it makes sense, you sign, and we get to work. This is usually about a week from the first call.
Step 3: Build
This is where we go quiet and go to work. One to four weeks, depending on complexity. We build your agent, train it on how your business actually operates, and wire it into the tools you already use.
You are not in meetings during this phase. You are running your business while we build. When it is ready, it is ready.
Step 4: Launch
We hand you the keys. You get a walkthrough of your dashboard, training on how to use and adjust the agent, and a clear view of what it is doing and how it is performing.
This is the moment the agent goes from a build to a working part of your business.
Step 5: Maintain and expand
We do not disappear after launch. For the first month we check in weekly to tune and adjust. After that, we keep it running and optimized, and we watch for the next place an agent could help.
Most clients start with one agent and add more, because once you see one part of the business run itself, you start noticing all the others.
Why six weeks and not six months
Speed is a feature, not a shortcut. The longer a project sits in planning, the more likely it dies. By keeping the path short and the roles clear, the work actually ships and starts paying off while it is still fresh.
That is the whole point. Not a strategy about AI. An agent doing real work, live, in about six weeks.
